Join AWIS Houston for a heartwarming and joyful gathering this holiday season as we celebrate the spirit of giving back. Our “Season of Giving Social” is a fantastic opportunity for our members to come together, socialize, and make a positive impact on the community.

Socialize and Connect:
While we come together to contribute to these wonderful causes, this event is also a great opportunity to relax, chat, and connect with fellow AWIS members. Share your experiences, insights, and ideas in a warm and festive atmosphere.

Lunch Bag Decoration:
Get creative and spread cheer by decorating brown lunch bags for Kids’ Meals Inc., an organization that provides nutritious meals to preschool-aged children facing food insecurity. The Gift of Reading:
We invite you to bring new or gently used children’s books to this event. These books will be donated to Books Between Kids, an organization dedicated to improving literacy among Houston’s underserved children. Your donation can help spark a love of reading in a child’s heart.

Toys for Tots:
Embrace the joy of giving by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to the event. These toys will go to Houston Fire Department’s Operation Stocking Stuffer Toy Drive, a program that brings smiles to the faces of underprivileged children in our community during the holiday season.

Let’s make this holiday season even brighter for children in need by coming together and spreading the joy of giving. We look forward to seeing you at our Season of Giving Social. Your participation, generosity, and company will make a significant difference in the lives of local children.
