Our AWIS Houston community came together to provide support and empowerment to refugee women and immigrants in our local area through FAM Houston. We want to thank all the members who showed up to support the event, actively engaged with farmers, and contributed through teamwork in the field. And a special shoutout to our Vice President, Bandana Sharma Chapagain, for connecting AWIS Houston with FAM Houston, and for organizing the event.
